The meeting was held at Hungary Horse Restaurant.

Wanda McCarthy opened the meeting and welcomed everyone.

Much discussion was held on the Golf Tournament.  We are adding a game this year to the tournament.  It is called the Tiger Woods hole.  A team can pay $20 on a hole and a professional will do the tee shot.  The team can then play from that hit.  The food for the dinner will be Mexican Buffet, same as last year.  Rosemary Fisher will order 50 caps for the tournament.  If we need more we can order right up until the tournament.  We will determine the need based on the number of golfers.  Carla White purchased 12^th Men towels.

Carla White and her husband will be donating the trophies for the tournament.

Cindy Roberts is collecting the donations and preparing them for the auction and raffle.

If you can help on the day of the tournament please contact Vickie Reilly with the hours you are able to work. 

We need to get out and speak with everyone we can and solicit donations for the tournament.  Also we need to be inviting golfers to come and play.  The more we have the better the outcome for our students. 

Next month our meeting will be held on April 7 at 7:30 at Water 2 Wine.  Please RSVP to Vickie Reilly if you will be attending.  There will be a wine tasting and appetizers for a cost of $5.00 a person.
